Virtual birth doula support includes support for the birthing person and their family through the last months of pregnancy and during birth. Your virtual birth doula experience can be tailored to your needs. With the pregnancy doula support, you can expect:

• 2 prenatal sessions (in-person available for Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties)

• Phone and email support from moment of hire

• Phone, text, and video call support throughout labor

• On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks on

• 1 postpartum session (in-person available for Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties)

• Phone, text, and email through the first month postpartum

• Resource list for your area curated for your interests and needs

• Welcome package including herbal baths, teas, and candles

Add on features for Metro Detroit subject to availability:

• In-person postpartum doula support - 8 hours or 12 hours

• Home cooked meal curated for postpartum nourishment (four servings)

• Herbal bath and tea refills
