Sunday Postpartum Doula Support
Sunday postpartum support includes support for the birthing person, their family, and the newborn in the initial months most postpartum. Weekend support includes four 4-hour Sunday shifts for one full month (i.e. each Sunday in September) with the option to book consecutive months. With the weekend doula support, you can expect:
One postpartum planning session
Text support throughout the month
Four 4-hour Sunday daytime shifts
Newborn care
Birth processing support
Light housework like laundry and light cleaning
Meal preparation with your groceries
Resource list for your area curated for your interests and needs
Welcome package including herbal baths, teas, and candles

Virtual Birth Doula Support
Virtual birth doula support includes support for the birthing person and their family through the last months of pregnancy and during birth. Your virtual birth doula experience can be tailored to your needs. With the pregnancy doula support, you can expect:
2 prenatal virtual sessions
Phone and email support from moment of hire
Phone, text, and video call support throughout labor
On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks on
1 postpartum virtual session
Phone, text, and email through the first month postpartum
Resource list for your area curated for your interests and needs
Welcome package including herbal baths, teas, and candles
